1. Who runs this website
This website, at usefulphototips.com, is operated by Vasyl Dudko, 28 Skvyrska Street, Kyiv 02000, Ukraine ("we", "us"), and presents Lysskjul Varanger Resort & Casino, a resort planned for the Varanger coast in Finnmark, Norway. Further details about the operator are given in the Legal Information.
2. What this website is
This is an information website about a planned resort. It describes the idea behind the project, the planned buildings and facilities, and the region, and it offers an interest list for people who would like to hear news.
- It does not take bookings, reservations or deposits, and the resort does not yet operate.
- It does not sell anything, and no products, services, images or digital content are offered for payment.
- It does not offer gambling of any kind. The planned gaming lounge is subject to licensing and may never open.
- It is not a blog, and it does not provide teaching, instruction or advice on photography or any other subject.
- It has no user accounts, comments, uploads or other features where visitors publish content.
- It does not collect payment details, passwords or identity documents, and it will never ask for them by email.
3. Using the website
You may browse and read this website freely for personal, non-commercial purposes, share links to its pages and quote short passages with a credit and a link. When using it, you agree not to:
- use it in a way that breaks the law, or for fraud, including pretending to sell or take bookings for Lysskjul, or claiming to act on our behalf;

They are mentioned only for information or editorial comparison, and their mention does not imply any connection with or endorsement of Lysskjul.
5. Accuracy of information
Everything on this website describes a project in development. Images are artist's impressions, and figures such as areas, capacities and numbers of rooms or hides are planning figures that may change. Descriptions of nature, light and seasons are general and approximate; wildlife, the northern lights and the weather cannot be promised. Information about Norwegian gambling regulation is a short summary, current at the date shown above, and is not legal advice. We update the website as the project develops, but we do not promise that every detail is complete or current at all times. The website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. What it stores in your browser, and how personal data is handled when you write to us or join the interest list, is explained in the Cookie Policy and the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. If you use the website as a consumer living in Norway or another EEA country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there.
